How can you get a house owned by the government with a wholesale contract?

This due to the fact that banks foreclosed on homes, never taken title, owners are long gone, and local governments are forced to maintain them.I always thought as you do, tax records are somewhat accurate.

And then there are higher property taxes, rent control, deadbeats, government preventing evictions, etc that can all screw with your cashflow. 

The fact, that it is not in the jurisdiction of the Federal Government to get involved, is simply brushed away.

Our country and world could use some inflation and I assume governments such as ours will keep encouraging it as much as they can by being extremely cautious in raising rates.
