But 25% of the time the situation changes.The most time consuming event is when a tenant moves out (clean up the unit/repairs/etc) and finding a new tenant.The second most consuming event (for me) are the repairs.

What does work is the farm-to-table vertical integration business plan, where the consumer buys organically grown produce directly from the grower at nearly the same price, for better food, that they'd pay in the grocery store.
