@Brett AguiarTo clarify, the tenants obviously have no obligation to sign a new lease now, but start preparing one now so you are confident that you like it when it comes time for them to either sign your lease or for the next tenant.

When just starting out in syndicating, if the syndicator does not have enough capital to buy into the deal (which I understand is necessary for newbies to promote investor confidence) can he/she simply roll all/part his acquisition fee into the deal at closing?

@James Collins try to get a stable job that will pay up your debt and give the bank a reason to be confident in financing your future deals. in the real estate investing world, the idea of having a nine to five job is a complete nightmare.
