Would you choose long distance? 

It is located on one of the main streets of Lexington KY walking distance to the University of Kentucky and the Arboretum.

The value of our current home is in the land as it has multi-family zoning and is walking distance to downtown Austin.

The location is great for me from the perspectives of commuting and being able to check on it.
