Plus, the dog already ruined brand new carpet, that the tenant took up himself, never told us.

I am getting ready to rent my property and in need of cleaning services and carpet stretching.

It also had some ugly carpet, that had gorgeous hardwood floor underneath it.

(For example, if flooring was maybe carpet should i always assume it automatically needs to be changed?)

It's a cosmetic rehab and its looking like we need interior paint, carpet removal, laminate flooring (or refinishing hardwood), drywall repair, replacing or painting some doors, gutter work and pressure washing some brick.

These floors are inexpensive and I won't have to worry about carpet cleaning/replacement.  

Also assumes no carpet there so if there is add that cost. 

At what price would you choose wool over a synthetic carpet in bedrooms?
