Some of the investors that we have asked us to find more information on purchasing bulk REOs in Southern California, and we are in the process of completing 2 transactions.As with all forums and blogs, there are successful people who post, and others who can gain a lot f knowledge from more experienced investors.

I am not touching anything in CA commercially right now and have not touched residential in the past three years either.That said, I think there will be an incredible buyer's opportunity in the coming years for commercial as it crashes right behind residential.

If a property dweller doesn't want to worry about being evicted (for any reason), they should buy a home where they are "king of their domain."

In Riverside County, California almost our ENTIRE inventory is a foreclosure or pre-foreclosure, so we are competing with bank owned properties which are vacant and easy to show.
