I’m brand new to REI.

Sounds like serious negative cash flow on a brand new property.

I am brand new to BP and would love some advice with regard to the podcasts - which ones would be best for a beginner.Thanks

Are there any recommended brands for longevity or ease of use? 

It is so hard for me to hold back on not replacing something, just so it looks newer or more trendy (for example, swapping light fixtures and door knobs when the ones there might be okay .... or wanting to swap all switches and outlets to Decora when the standard ones already there just need to be cleaned real good). 

Now I am at the harvest stage refinancing those apartment complexes in for tons of cash back (tax free again) on brand new incredible Freddie 3 years interest only, 10 year terms between 3.5%-4% fixed NON-RECOURSE loans.  

Hi BP Family, I am reaching out in hopes someone that has experience in the mix-use commercial space will be able to shed a bit of light on a problem I have run into.

About 8 months in,  she complained about power issues in the house: "low power in some rooms, too much power in others, flickering lights, etc.

This is in an attractive suburb with highly ranked schools and a brand new hospital 1.5 miles away.
