, we rarely need to evict, and one of the reasons for that (other than a consistent 21-point tenant screening process) is that once the tenant recognizes that you are serious and have a consistent process in place they respond in one way or another.One more thing - I suggest you don't accept partial payments, as this can delay the process as well.Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or if I can assist in any way!

You will have to talk to your Local MLS, they should have a feed that you can provide to your database engineer, pretty much the same way Zillow gets all the MLS data.

Obviously you'll need to make sure you get a job/W2 income for at least 2 weeks to a month to get a loan to buy but luckily that's way easier than if you're having to work with 1099's starting out because most lenders require at least 2 years of tax returns at that point to get a loan.
