My fiancé and I enjoy spending time in Dana Point...beautiful place!

The beauty of this is that I can have a pretty good life quality and save up to 50k per year which hopefully this will keep increasing. 

CA is a somewhat crazy market as well although I don't think it's quite as high as Vancouver at the moment. 

Island park is beautiful I know my family and I always want a weekend rental in that area for vacation.

And at the moment, I am still deciding whether or not we would like to go with the multifamily option, as my fiance doesn't seem as comfortable as me, in regards to living in an attached property with other residents.

I'm doing mine online and it has it's moments where I'd rather have someone in person explaining it.

I work in the non-profit world at the moment, but I am really interested in getting my feet wet in real estate. 

I have been looking under the podcast and under startup but some of those articles are a little over my head, or information I am not really concerned about ta the moment. right now I have been trying to do research on property analysis and running the numbers and what they mean. 

If you're looking to purchase a rental, it would be good in the long term but will probably negatively affect you financially at the moment and with paying your debt.
