Here is a bathroom wall I tiled today.The white 6x6 tiles were $24 for a box of 50 at Home Depot.

If the bathroom is done correctly there are studs right there.

The age of bathrooms and kitchens are also a consideration.

We started with foundation, got the roof done, removed flooring and trim, removed drywall where needed, and gutted both bathrooms and kitchen.

We also have an additional $100,000 in cash to renovate we are planning to add 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge room and a pool :)Let me know what you think pleaseBoyd

Rather than wholesale the property now, I have a partner that would like to do some rehabbing and upgrade the kitchen/bathroom as well as re-sand the floors and get the condition of the property up to retail standard.

They have asked me if I would be willing to modify the bathrooms of the apartment, basically making them "handicap friendly", such as installing a walk-in shower with railings and such.

The units are small, two bedroom 1 bathroom with an open concept living room and kitchen. 

Had the property manager renovate the two bathrooms by almost gutting them and renovating with modern styles and materials.
