What type of financing do you plan to use?

I don't really plan to use my license to sell to the public as I already have a full time job and our investment business will take up the remainder of our time. 

Hi guys - would love any feedback on the below numbers I am crunching on a potential BRRRR deal.The plan is to hold on to the property, rehab it, rent it, and then do a cash-out refinance.

Make sure you build in enough profit that WHEN things pop up that you were not planning for you still have enough wiggle room to still make a decent amount of money.

I knew I was essentially looking to BRRRR with my back up plan to flip.

Are you planning on getting this leak rectified within a reasonable time frame or is going to be leaking for a while?

I am planning to move this summer and really want to put my house up as an MTR given the high demand in Wilmington, NC!

I'll be making plans to do Rental Arbitrage via STRs and MTRs starting out. 

My husband and I planned to move back in and sell our other home but he got very ill and we were unable to make the move.
