@Rhett Tullis I feel for those that are or will be affected, but simply shifting the costs to someone else does not solve the problem and is not right. 

There is a billed that was passed and for anyone affected by this there is unemployment available.

@Rob Bianco: I understand the sentiment but I’d you have any sort of respiratory issue, are a smoker or vape you stand the risk of being very severely affected by this disease.

Programs and funds are being made available to people in need who have been affected by this pandemic.

You may be able to tell if they will be affected based on their profession so weed out those wanting to take advantage of the situation vs those who may actually need the help.I saw someone in another thread say that they will reduce payments in the short term, only to be made up later. 

Then just grading like concrete or something around the back of the house to stop moisture from coming into the basement or affecting the sidewalls. 

Some hard money lenders will probably be a lot more apt to pass up newbie investors.There are so many different models out there in how hard money lenders work, so it may cause some to stop lending altogether and other may be barely affected.
