I suggested he can sell furniture etc on fb market place, so hope he moves out.I guess, I have to keep reminding and pushing him, also sent email to both of them for records, and told her to push him so he moves out asap .. i have the mutual lease termination agreement based on the move out date, will ask them to signother than following up with him, what else I can do to make sure he moves out ?

Going through the county eviction records has taught mea) Good property manager/owner files for eviction 3rd day after delayed payment b) (Insert reason here) property managers/owner files for eviction after 4+ monthsBoth cases it usually takes about 3 weeks for the eviction to go through once filed and the date for hearing is set.
