Even if you had a licensed agent working with you, you aren't getting any "agent representation/coverage" since they wouldn't be acting in the capacity of a real estate agent in brokering real estate.Also, agents tend to be members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) which requires them to be honest. 

We are actually ahead of the National days on market, at 16, per data pulled by ShowingTime for my MLS.

It seems like tons of markets nationally have seen a HUGE decline in organic and PPC leads right now.How are you improvising and making it happen during these crazy times. 

Also, keep in mind most national builders do not allow investors to purchase.
