Guys just want to get in my pants"....etc.One of the comments above was inspired by something I heard just this morning from a potential client.

Keeps his head down and gives quality... both in product and Realistic rent numbers.. we were talking this morning and he mentioned one house same Bd ba and sq ft next to one we sold with a 750 rent one of the promotors had a 900 rent... of course that excites the potential buyer but then they are frustrated when it won't rent for that.

As to if you are doing a FLIP, I just read an article this morning on Realtor.com about the top investments that return on value. #1 was INSULATION.

If not, then the experience of meeting others and learning from each other is worth the trip.  

On Tuesday morning (yesterday) he called the maintenance man, he was able to check the oven same day.

I work evenings to will not  be able to advance the project further until tomorrow morning.

Some good tips here.One thing to also look at is that the breaker tripped for a reason (but may also be related to the outage), so it would be good to follow up. 

I'm thinking to learn it, but I live in Israel, with sporadic trips to the U.S, so I'm not sure how realistic it is.
