Once I had achieved my financial freedom I would continue to pursue my education by studying the subjects my interests lead me too.

It's also tougher lead paint laws, additional protected classes under fair housing laws, eviction procedure, etc., as compared to NH for example.

As for tips... if you decide to work with the Section 8 program, take the time to learn about the roles and responsibilities of all parties involved - case managers, inspectors, tenants and landlords.

I met this realtor at an open house and told her what I do and what I'm looking for, she sent me a few not so good leads and then this contract she wanted me to sign.

@Duncan Taylor can you give us an exact example of how this data would lead to influencing a decision you would make; or even better, it making the decision for you?
