I know in recent Podcast Episode 698 or so about taxes the guest talks about what portion of the depreciation recapture is taxed at what rate (I think less that 15 year vs more than 15 year?).

Overall, though I think most property management companies are not equipped to handle AirBnB.One article I read years ago (prior to AirBnB) was about super-economic motel chains in Asia where each "guest" rented a recliner with a blanket and got a pair of ear plugs and an eye mask.

Many builders make you put your license in inactive status, to prevent some conflicts of interest.Same with some commercial jobs....they don't want you to have active license that could create conflcts....

@Rachel H.Yes these are 40 year old MH but originally the county said as long as they were brought up to code we would fall under the grandfather status for shared septic.
