You see, many a solider is talked into buying with a VA loan because entry into a mortgage is easy and you have no skin in the game.  

If you have a beat up house or miss a payment, expect 10 postcards a day.IMO the only way to do well in that game is to find a few legit buyers for a particular submarket, and then get to know that submarket inside and out. 

However, I don't quite have enough cash on hand for a down payment in the market I am interested in. I
