To save money he bought a ton of food and expected me to buy a freezer so he could store it all.

However, I'd rather cater to families than large groups of adults that might have bad intentions...

Problem is the second I do that I can kiss decent school districts and modern amenities (restaurants, movie theaters, stores other than the dollar variety) goodbye, plus some of these places would even be considered food deserts.
