We are Wayfair, Amazon, and local consignment stores in order of volume, but put out a design specific higher end product.We're in Houston, our first thought was lowe's/home depot

The cabinets are from TheRTAStore.com and most of the other materials are from Home Depot (vanity and appliances are from Lowes).  

and they were in your area of the upper mid west.. and the gardens not only did they not go out for fancy 8 dollar meals.. they hunted their food and grew unbelievable veggie gardens every year.. they canned they saved .. we have lost that.. not that I grow my own I don't.. well out our way you know what they grow.. :)

For materials, you order at local home depots, lowe's, floor & decors, and agree to have contractors pick up.

When I think of having to find the right maid, the right gardener, the right handyman and then run the market analysis and learn the demography of your guests, etc.

Preferably from Home Depot or Lowes.
