I was curious who was going to attend the Best Ever Real Estate Investing Conference from the Dallas area.  

A guy I work with that lives in Dallas has a property that he rents in Jerusalem (because he used to live there) that cash flows for him every month, but he is selling it because it is a headache for him. 

I'm new to the Dallas Fort-Worth area and interesting in some properties. 

The big 4 growth areas, Bay area, Seattle, Dallas Forth Worth,  and Southern Cal, already passed their pre-recession highs.

A young lady is looking for a landlord in Dallas that accepts vouchers.

I am currently deciding on whether to “house hack” (buy a home…rent out the remaining rooms that I do not occupy) vs. continue renting in the Dallas area.I’ve reached out to a few individuals, read some posts, and performed research.

Sam, we like Dallas, San Antonio, Salt Lake City, Provo, Tampa, and Atlanta. 

So that is the economics as I see it.The interesting idea that just occurred to me is do those policies in other places create more capital flows to less regulated areas like Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio?

I've seen some owners with names like Dallas Family Housing, Dallas Community Outreach.   

I do wholesaling in the Dallas area and ran my numbers independently of what you said your pricing would be estimated at.
