This is one thing that I would not DIY.

Its fairly inexpensive, tough, looks nice, its easy to install, replace and repair and its waterproof.

House is empty and needs a tub installed, a lot of paint, and a lot of junk hauled off. 

If you plan to DIY, a lot will depend on your market and what's available at what price.  

Bluehost has a one-click install of Wordpress, so you can just click and enter your information and your site will be up on your new bluehost server.
