Both still have value, but you have to know you are looking at third or more serving options in these places.

I feel like there had been an increase in these types of broad open ended type posts. 

Some of the areas that we invest in have some clauses in their zoning forbidding more than 3 individuals unrelated by blood or marriage from occupying the same unit. 

All of this being said, part of the plan is to purchase my neighbor's 4.5 acres to give me complete control of almost 14 acres off a major city/county road that connects to a major Texas highway in the DFW area.

In a total package deal for a single family or multi what do you look for?
