Go interact with people.

I was recently at an event the folks that make what I consider money at this and I am sure Cody would consider money or a decent living. will send 50 to 100k plus mailers per month.. they have knock dead interactive lead capture websites.. they have staff that runs down the leads in real time.. and they are real closers..

As with most any investor conference, REIA event or even local meetups...the value tends to come from the quality and quantity of interactions with those in attendance.  

When your in live interaction class rooms you can see how folks us inflection and tone , also how they respond to certain questions...So now you know you can get leads..

Ever.No landlord should ever choose to work with any individual that has that attitude, it will be reflected in every aspect if your interaction with them.

Not this human interaction stuff... haha that's what the good ole popo are for!

Professionally, I would only recommend Interactive Brokers or M1 Finance.

Interactive Bootcamps kickoff in September, so it's really the perfect time to enroll and learn from industry expert Avery Carl who mastered STR herself.

That will likely take you to an interactive map with your proprty highlighted.  

I am pretty confident in my plan, however I am love to interact, share and bounce ideas off of others.
