Hey BP, a lady fell asleep driving and destroyed one of my fences at my rental prop. 

I read a forum from a lady from WI , that’s she can check all court record from her city for free.What about Arlington anyone knows?

LA is primarily where I grew up, and prices are wildly expensive there.

The crypto stuff is really wild right now.

I have been thinking about this story since yesterday and now have woken up early, after dreaming intensely about rehabbing a house (some wild stuff got built in that one), and cant get back to sleep - LOL.

I at first wanted to just tell her go ahead and cut them down if you want but I didn't want to help pay, but for some reason it just didn't feel right, so I told her I would help pay.Anyways come to find out after talking with her, she is an older lady that has own 6+ rentals.

Your expenses also assume all utilities are paid by the tenants (may not be the case) and you dont have anything for things like lawn care, etc (this may be your misc expenses).I would not be wild about a new construction that that rents for less than 1%. 

My tax lady has not inspired me with confidence this year on my taxes.
