If you receive a guaranteed payment or preferred rate of return that will always be treated like income and subject to SET.

Do you have any guarantee they would do quality work?

Same 3% interest but no need to do anything to get those 3% and principal is guaranteed if held until maturity.

There is no guarantee that the stock will continue to go up.

In addition, the loan to be purchased may be a loan which provides further incentive for a mortgagee to purchase the loan with guarantees to the Mortgagee.  

You can set up an Llc and personally guarantee the loan in the llc's name.

in my experience in Texas evictions for reasons other than non payment are much more difficult with no guarantee of success.. 

With limited buildable land, high appetite for real estate from the locals and foreigners, and many new millionaires from start-up companies, appreciation is almost a guaranteed.

New company, the list goes on, but it is not a bad thing.I doubt much, if any, weight will be given to this report by a lender on a RE loan, your credit standing will be more to your personal credit and guarantee and not to an incomplete D&B report.BTW, I would not post my complete report on the internet.
