Alot of times, I find myself looking for a topic in the forums but when I use the search, it's matching my subject with the entire site when I just want to see what messages on the boards there are about it.

I'm ready to do something else and am exploring the idea of wholesaling to raise some money.I am very interested in working with a mentor if there's anyone out there with lots of integrity and a willingness to share information.This site and these forums are great.
