I currently have a stack of business cards, notes in my phone, and random texts that I would like to organize and share with my business partner. 

Happy New Year All -So one of my goals for 2019 is to get my book keeping much more organized, and while doing that I have a question I thought I would throw out to those more experienced than I. 5 years ago I left my full-time salary job to pursue self-employment as a home contractor as well as run our small portfolio (8 units) of rental properties.  

I also have a four-plex that I am renting to tenants in transition, who get rent assistance from the county or welfare organizations.

Also Calvin I don’t know if you know but there are books you can buy in advance for auction at about $10 each... you can go on the website to see the properties being sold but the books are good to have because it organizes everything in order and has property info.Pm me if you need any more help.

The only problem is there is limited inventory and the inventory on the market is less than stellar, so I was going to organize a direct marketing campaign to target off-market properties fitting my criteria. 

Maybe organic search or whatever, a couple from a mail campaign, but it isn't that NOBODY clicks.
