The great thing about partnerships is that they can be as flexible as you need them to be so long as the money outflow follows the allocation of income and the purpose of the unique allocation is not to avoid taxes.You can create a partnership agreement indicating how you want the partnership to allocate income(not until the 2 additional properties are added) or you can create a partnership agreement where you get 100% of the income and then amend it to be 50/50?
