Did you partner with anyone at all and dos you do the work yourself or contract the rehab?

@Jason Bradstreet  I'm a MFR investor in Nashville, and it's been a very strong seller's market for the past two years that I've been here.  

I plan to move back to the West Coast (San Diego) for my next tour and would love to meet some local PC investors to partner with so I can continue investing in this area when I transfer.

As a new investor looking to flip houses in the Maryland area I am strongly considering getting my real estate licenses.

I am well traveled and very culturally experienced and am a dedicated sales and marketing professional who exceeds goals, retains customers and maintains a strong reputation for customer satisfaction.With all that said, I am looking to understand the US market for both professional and personal reasons. 

Someone strong in rentals and acquisitions but maybe weak on rehab side would be a good match.

I feel like the market is strong here and it may be a good time to sell.

The typical buyer is 1031 exchange, retiree, estate planning, foreign buyer, or ultra high net worth that wants cash flow but safety so will take reduced yield for quality.We stick to strong suburban to urban locations.

Im new to BP and I have a very strong desire to learn Real Estate Investing in general to figure out which niche best suits me.

I have a partner who is a pro contractor as well so I have the "fix" end of the business taken care of,  but now to be successful I need to learn more about other areas of town.
