In the city, no one would pay that much as the properties are not worth it.As far as the city council, they are next to useless and could be fired by the new EM.To show what kind of waste exists in the city, an independent audit showed that the water department needs to eliminate 80% of the jobs.

When their target is hit, they'll sell (to a poor independent investor who arrives late to the dance) and move on to something else - leaving a bunch of folks holding overpriced, under-performing properties.

Those $20K to $80K are oriented toward being rentals, with landlords as the target end buyer; or they are for that group of owner occupants who have less than $30K annual income.This buyer you have mentioned might be more than willing to flip a property to some owner occupant making more money than that, ans this buyer probably wouldn't consider properties in the higher price range to be rentals.Now, the MLS does have some statistics built in.

Another issue may be, where you have several entities, say you have 3 LLCs that work together, where independence of each can be justified which will require each to conduct other business on its own.
