I am looking for labor vs product cost, is this an unusual request?

Hitting the streets and getting your product in front of people.

I read the guru posts pretty much as a sport, reminds me of fishing and at these prices, we are in deep sea fishing.The bait is always the same, phycology and marketing, casted by financing opportunities trolling with mentorship.

Expect several ARM products and a max 15 year fixed product.

This is due to less competition, low inventory / tenant demand for a finished product in these areas.  

This is a full contact sport and more complicated then just doing fix and flips.I have been on BP for 6 months or so and would say that I have not found anywhere near the level of information I have gotten from Note School on BP.  

I have worked, quite successfully, for a national home builder as a production manager and with my contacts and sub contractor relations I believe I have the tools and knowledge to build/develop homes efficiently and lucratively.

I was at a REIA on Wednesday and a rep from a local lender was talking about a product specifically for 1099 workers that just needs a couple of years of bank statements to prove income.Grab this bull by the horns and you will never go hungry again!

Aside from this I coach a few sports, hunt with my dogs and enjoy working out!
