However theirs were so specific to our types of developments that it takes a lot of work to rework them into a more generics one. 

I don't know about Texas but in North Carolina about 75% of the time you can find the LLC's owner name and home address by doing the following:Go to your secretary of state website (state not national)Look up the corporation nameAt least 75% of the time the LLC owner will register with themselves as the registered agent and their home address as the mailing address.If this doesn't work you're probably looking at more trouble than it is worth.

It's a good idea to consult a lawyer and/or insurance company for professional advice on these specific matters.

@Carolina Lau most of us in Texas use August REI (you can see their website HERE) however, I'm not sure if they cross state lines. 

I'm currently living in the DMV area (specifically, Germantown MD).I'm super new to the game, and am slightly overwhelmed with the amount of information there is! 

Obviously aware of the major costs to consider (down payment, insurance, closing costs, etc) but was looking for help on other costs to include during that evaluation.Rehab costs will be specific to each property but just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything major I was missing!
