Same question for window covers - mixed light drapes around the house - worth doing better window coverings?

Windows seemed functional but could use updating.

Hi allI am in the process of buying my first home and I'm doing it from 6000 miles away :)The house is located in Jacksonville and built in 1949 and sell after rehabI received very lengthy inspection report and my concern is regarding damage caused by WDOWood decay fungi in the several doors and windows frames and in sub floor and subterranean termite damage in one corner in crawling space How severe is it (is it a deal breaker?)

So, there is usually a 10-15 day window between "accepted offer" and contract.  

@Orlando Paz It could be any number of things...perhaps a window sill?  

Unless the short is pre approved its way to time intensive to pursue these, as a broker that has worked many SS deals, i look for other outlets, and only look at shorts if ive got no other leads, and everything else is done, ,y books are buttoned up, my garage is clean,  and the windows in my house are washed, and still no prospects, then i may start looking at them,

(Judd) Absolutely, I would be happy to get some extra work,  I'm currently a window cleaner for Fish Window Cleaning which is commission based and flexible scheduling, making it perfect for college but the temperatures just dropped below freezing and we usually slow down quite a bit during that time, if you have some work that would be great!

b) Was the issue of how the squatters got in (breaking the door or a window) taken care of so that the property was secured?

Just about every window has a crack coming from the corner on the wall.

The major rehab work was kitchen, bathroom, windows and then the basic floor refinish, paint, lighting etc.
