Does this mean that that mortgage company would be my employer, or would I still be looking for a job after the process is complete?

I'm almost thinking it would be better to simply broker out the loans that you can't or decide not to do.

We had a lot of communication, which after reading through it was simply not effective. 

While I'd encourage anybody to invest in the Costa del Sol, I'd never suggest they could get the returns we're going to have, as that's simply not realistic.

Many investors invest out-of-state because their backyard is simply too expensive and/or because it does not cashflow at all.

We also visited their office in Jacksonville, inspected completed SFHs in Ocala, and visited future sites and homes under construction in Jacksonville and SW Florida.  

Why not simply contact these landlords for a reference and deny based on that to protect yourself and also ask the applicant about the circumstances surrounding those cases.

Do you believe, with what data is available, that interest rates are expected to fall substantially enough (within the next 365 days) that it would simply make sense to wait instead of jumping in with such loan products due to their current high rates/PPP's?
