Do you think marketing is great for any property management and do you have someone who handle it for you?

Nothing I can do either after the fact, perhaps mitigate the damage that’s done but never reverse course.

Section 8 rentals can do very well, but you have to practice and do several of them to make it worth it.

You need to be building capital and to do that you need to do deals that don't cost you any money.

I've been looking at buying RV Parks, Boat Marines and or Mobilome parks, I've read that SBA and HUD do have loan programs in these areas.My question is who do I contact to help get the ball rolling and pre-qualification.

@Kevin Morgan are our apartments scattered site, or are they all clustered in one or two areas? 

I am having them look into a conventional loan hopefully today, but I don't know how this affects things with the close date.What are my options and what would you do if you were me?
