Pick which area of CRE you want to go into....so many people seem to specialize these days...either buyer side/seller side/landlord rep or tenant rep.   

It does seem that higher rates are reducing demand for loans, which is driving up home inventory which could - I stress could - suppress home price growth.

The other thing to note on wholesalers is that they do a lot of upfront marketing as anyone does getting off market deals so their wholesale fees may seem high (sometimes they really are too high)..

Just looking for someone’s expertise if this would be better to rent long term, as this area seems to attract young families or would we be able to rent more mid-term.

One applicant has a 530 score but seems to have a stable job with 3X income.

That seems astronomical to me and I would love to find out what other people are doing.

I'm an agent in Charleston but as the market continues to warm, the state seems to get smaller & my company is doing business more in that area.
