They have been a pain ever since they moved in.  

I am seeking to expand my knowledge and contribute it to help other agents, investors, contractors, buyers, sellers or anyone interested in real estate.

I then went seeking financing from the only place I knew to look, hard money guys in the yellow papers and in the classifieds.  

I’m not saying that REI doesn’t work in my county, but I’m having to figure out different methods to get the information I’m seeking since these options are not really helpful.

That probably equates to about $.07 per month in your monthly payment if seeking financing.

In fact, a new lead was referred to me 2 weeks ago because she'd finished and sold her first rehab 10 weeks prior and had been desperately seeking a house to rehab since then.  

You want to seek and hang with the experienced and successful investors in it. 

I have paid $1,500.00 on the foreclosure plus making all those payments on the underlining loan. ( what a pain)I'm not sure how to proceed I would make more money if he would move on and I would resell the house for what it is worth now, not what I sold it for before.
