I make a decent wage from my job and live pretty frugally so I could afford it while still have the ability to save/use my earnings for repairs/rehab.Thanks guys!

You're already in the right job to build capital.

I have a son who is very active in sports sometimes my job gets in the way of making it to his games, which frustrates me.

I usually just read but I feel it's time for me to reach out,  I currently run an Amazon business full time and while it is successful it still feels like a glorified high paying job.   

I don't have a real job and I don't technically live anywhere.

Ever since than i was sold on real estate, and i think it will help that i have had various construction jobs in the past giving me some general knowledge on home improvement and such.

Heres my situation...I got my first post grad full time job starting in late August in Charlotte, NC.

I'm in Wilmington and work a fulltime job and invest on the weekends and nights. 

The real issue I think is that many of the old factory jobs shifted to retail and people, while they need housing, could not pay a high enough rent to get new construction multi-family to cash flow.

As of right now I have no plans to quit my W2 job.
