I see you're from Miami and I am sure you see how fast things get scooped up in SFL.Riad, I live in Miami and the pickings are few.

Did they just not pick up your loan on title thus it is the fault of the title company  or is it ever the case that there is money set aside to pay off the junior liens but they are having problems locating the junior lienholder? 

Sometimes you would find a buyer previewing that had not gone by the sales office at the development or was represented by anyone and could pick up a buyer that way.
