This is how most of us buy real estate--nothing special.

Until more investors learn to operate their real estate businesses correctly they will be at the mercy of greedy asset protection services who take advantage of their own naiveness and upsell on unnecessary services.

I hear the same story about how the general economy, my length of time owning the business, etc are reasons credit unions (same ones who were on board before I bought the brewery) are now not willing to finance.
