Get Advise from Attorney but if I have to fight it, I can represent myself, (as I don't see how they have a Case... )Again, I don't want to rack a bunch of Attorney Bills.. but want to stand on principle in this situation...Anyone been in this situation before... 

I think people lose sight of the fact that this Renters forum is a place for renters to ask questions; it tends to get used for landlording questions.

It is not a "discovery" item if it can be seen in plain sight.

So I joined this sight earlier this week and I have found a lot of good information, and have decided I was going to start with wholesaling, and eventually transitioning into other avenues of income.

I am a six hour drive away from my properties in NY, and have found "out of mind out of sight" has held true for tenants and property management companies. 

You can rent the property to her at market rent of $1000/ mo and consider leasing it to her month to month.Payments:You charge her $1000 for rent.You have to pay her a mortgage for her seller carry loan (let say the payment is $800).You have to pay $200 for the hard money loan.When all the math adds up, she will either pay you $200 every month to live there, or give you $200 credit toward the principle.

The excitement of the deal will have to be the payoff, maybe a nice dinner with partners to celebrate that, but I cannot lose sight of long term goals.
