Hello,I'm trying to figure out what I should be expecting/getting from my agent? 

How can I search for other leans that might be on the property, is there a way to see how much mortgage is left on the property and any other tips that people have about this type of real estate.

Even if they didn't, very well may be another economical option out there anyhow, from what I've heard its Foremost? 

It requires being well funded if you want to avoid trouble.

I know one of the main qualifiers is it has to be owner occupied - which is fine.Will there be any issues with this second purchase being in the same town as my first MF home?
