@Eric McCully I have used the LG models purchased from Home Depot,,,,cannot say theyAre the best, but they are affordable and perform well until they rust out (4 blocks from the Ocean).

So few CPAs dedicate themselves to real estate investors that it's basically the blue ocean strategy. 

For 18k, you could practically buy in some neighborhoods (Blue Island, Dolton) whereas that same amount of money equates to a 6% down payment in the neighborhoods you  would like to purchase in.

Believe it is supposed to be blue also...
