Make sure you checkout our local TREIA organization.

Go to your REIA and ask the organizer who can do sub2, lease options, wholesale flips, land trusts, JV Parnerships, Private Lending, seller carry backs, landlord tenant evictions, etc.

Usually such sites, IMO, is not worth a dime, does being in business for 50 years mean the guy's dad made private loans, they sure haven't been on the internet for 50 years, Al Gore didn't invent the internet about 30 years ago.I'm familiar with slave labor, stay away from that as tempting as it may be, you're getting off topic in your thread, if you want to do one on slave labor and non-profits that could be a discussion. :)

I just started working with the property management company and they appear to me to be organized, responsive and well managed.

There is a guy in my market who is on the first page in he organic results and his website is managed by them.

I am an active real estate investor from Los Alamos, NM, among many other things (mother of 2 pre-teen girls, executive director of a research organization, partner in local startup VC, humble servant of 2 bengal cats).
