Do you mainly do multi-family?

I have only recently began running a scope down the main drain line and I will do that on all new purchases. 

My primary purpose isn't really cashflow, though - hopefully that doesn't sound crazy.

I hung 30 sheets of drywall (4’x8’x 1/2”) on the main floor ceiling with a drywall lift by myself.

I got my start in a similar fashion - moving from Hong Kong to Maine.

Hi John, Yes our cabins are profitable and this is our main source of income. 

Does she need to be in the main tourist part of Waikiki or Honolulu....or is she open to being say 2-40 miles away from there....that will make it more affordable.2.
