It starts with late payments and excuses, then it becomes non payments and squatting, and it often ends with the tenant threatening the landlord with lawsuits (regardless of whether they have a legitimate claim), and trashing the property when they leave.

The tenant had a legitimate complaint, the landlord had an unavoidable delay in addressing the complaint, the tenant voiced frustration, they landlord felt uncomfortable, the situation escalated and the landlord ended up evicting a long-term never late tenant over a non-issue.

Well, one thing I know for sure... if you are going to buy AuntieJamaima's phone I shure as frog guarantee that before you whip up your wallet, you will make sure you find reviews , testimonioas, specs on the iPhone, make sure they are using legitimate chips and components etc. etc.. right?
