With the Raleigh area being such a hot market in recent years, I'm looking to find new or experienced investors or other agents to network with, discuss the latest news about the area, and establish some solid relationships with.

While searching for properties, I found a guy on Craigslist in FL looking for private investors.

Be sure to read up in the Learn section above its loaded with great information even for experienced investors.

And, I hope that if you are screwed, you will let us share your story on BiggerPockets as a warning to other investors who think that Subject To is anything other than what it is. 

Thanks for the reply, I'm using epic mortgage and they were recommended by my Realtor who is an investor as well and has done several deals with them.

Partnerships could be another avenue—teaming up with another investor could provide the financing you need.Lastly, don’t give up on creative financing; lease options, subject-to-deals (when the house is not free and clear), or finding motivated sellers could allow you to secure another property without disturbing that fantastic interest rate.
