The networking and ability to interact with other students and the teacher are important. 

If you have Communication Dark Times, and Grey Times (when you're on vacation or doing other pressing things were you don't want to interact with clients) list those times so all of the clients know about them ahead of time as soon as they come on board.

When you interact with your tenants, you are a rep of that company, not the owner.

The partnership element is the wrinkle I did not come across in other posts. 

Sometimes a phone coversation isnt enough - you need to interact, tour, maybe even make offers, to find out if the person you are working with is who you need Soooooo nope.  

Another element you should certainly consider is any LTV baked into the program.

Every time you order your pizza online rather than picking up the phone and dialing or, heaven forbid, pick it up in person, you miss out on an opportunity to interact with other human beings.
