I paid more than enough for another contractor thinking he will deliver a quality job, they did everything wrong and did not properly follow instructions (wrong design), gave their word on something that they didn't do, and everything was just a mess.

Jackson .......if your tenants lender needs anything - they will be in contact with you .....you might also send the LPO ( settlement agent ) a copy of any underlying loans that will need to be paid off as well as proceeds disbursement instructions
